Ryan Hanson, M.A., CCC-SLP
Ryan was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he has lived until moving to Wake Forest with his wife and newborn son in the Summer of 2020. He attended Ohio University, receiving his Bachelor's degree in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences with a minor in Linguistics. He continued his education at Ohio University receiving his Master's in Speech and Language Pathology. Since graduating, Ryan has practiced in both public and private schools, ABA Autism Treatment Centers, and private practices with a diverse population of age ranges (2-21) and abilities (high functioning to minimal and low functioning). His experience and expertise includes working with a variety of diagnoses, including, but not limited to: Autism, Apraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Language Disorders, Articulation Delays, Down Syndrome.
Ryan is licensed to practice in North Carolina issued by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
During his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, engaging in outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with their dogs.
