Mitch Fornecker, DPT

Mitch completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Campbell University in 2019. Mitch has experience in multiple pediatric settings including outpatient, home health, and hospital based. Mitch has worked with patients ranging from birth to 21 years old and with diagnoses including Cerebral
Palsy, traumatic brain injury, spina bifida, arthrogryposis, torticollis, Autism, Down syndrome, and developmental delay. During his graduate education, Mitch has worked in settings outside pediatrics including skilled nursing facilities and an outpatient orthopedic Pro Bono Clinic, providing treatments for neurological and orthopedic diagnoses in both settings. Mitch will be seeing patients in both our Raleigh and Knightdale locations.
Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife Jordan, their son Luke, and their dogs Yoshi and Korra.
